Microgreen Radish China Rose

China Rose radish microsprouts have a purple stem, germinate quickly and have a pleasantly spicy flavor. Rich in vitamins and minerals, they are extremely versatile and can be used as a garnish or topping, adding a healthy touch to salads, sandwiches, soups and other dishes.

1. Soak the base in water until completely saturated.
2. Distribute the seeds evenly over the base. Do not place them too close together to avoid mold formation.
3. Place the box in a sunny place at room temperature and always keep the base moist.
4. Harvest after 7-8 days, when the plants are about 5-10 cm tall. Cut the plants just above the edge of the box. Wash well before consumption. The remains of the box are completely compostable.
