Potassium sulfate (K2SO4) is the potassium salt of sulfuric acid in the form of a white, water-soluble powder. Fertilizer for the cultivation of plants, especially aquatic plants, as it is chlorine free. It combines two essential nutrients: potassium and sulfur, both of which can be assimilated by plants. The high potassium and sulfur content improves quality and increases production. Potassium improves the water regime of plants, activates a series of enzymes that help nitrogen metabolism. Increases protein and gluten content (in cereals) enhances photosynthesis activity and draining digestion. It makes plants resistant to stress and lodging. Sulfur is essential for protein synthesis and enzyme function. Compatible with most fertilizers, except calcium fertilizers because it gives insoluble calcium sulfate precipitates.
