In November we can plant the following vegetables, some of which love the cold and will grow to their full potential in these temperatures.
With these temperatures many plants will not glean and will develop perfectly and in all their fullness. These will provide us with many nutrients and will be part of our typical dishes of these dates.

Swiss chard
- Direct sowing of seed, without transplanting
- Rinse when the plants are about 12 cm long.
- Germination in 10-12 days
- Harvesting in 3-4 months
- Light and frequent watering, maintain humidity.
- Container: 3 liters

Garlic
- Direct sowing of garlic cloves (tips upwards)
- From crescent moon, never full moon
- Germination in 10-12 days

Celery
- Seedbed planting
- Germination in 15-18 days, transplanting with 3-4 leaves.
