December Planting Calendar

December is the last month of Fall and the beginning of Winter. We will notice that our crops are slowing down due to the cold and we will notice that the hours of sun exposure are decreasing. • Seedbed planting
• Germination in 15-18 days, transplanting with 3-4 leaves.

Calçots

• Direct sowing from seed or in seedbed
• Transplantation when they are the thickness of a pencil

Peas

• Direct seeding without transplanting
• Plants spaced between 30 and 50 centimeters apart
